Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.


3. Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on:

Ryva does not guarantee exact delivery dates.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs:

5. International Shipments

For international orders:

  • The customer is responsible for taxes, duties, or customs fees

  • Ryva Eyewear is not responsible for delays or holds by customs


6. Order Tracking

Once the order is shipped, the customer will receive an email with:

It is the customer's responsibility to track the shipment.


7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Ryva Eyewear is not responsible for:

  • Shipments to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Orders not delivered due to incorrect information

In these cases, additional costs will be borne by the customer.


8. Lost or Damaged Orders

If an order arrives damaged or is lost during transit:
